Availability of Dynamics 365 Guides licenses

Current status

In October 2025, Microsoft announced that Dynamics 365 Guides would reach end of support on December 31, 2026. As of November 1, 2025, subscriptions cannot be purchased or renewed.

Original availability

User Subscription Licenses for Dynamics 365 Guides are available through CSP and the EA and MPSA Volume Licensing agreements. Device Subscription Licenses for Dynamics 365 Guides are only available through CSP and the EA. As usual, check out the Product Terms for specifics.
