Microsoft 365 Copilot Business

Microsoft 365 Copilot Business was announced on November 18, 2025, offering enterprise-grade AI to Small and Medium-sized Businesses at a lower price. The plan includes the same features as the standard Microsoft 365 Copilot license but is capped at 300 users.

It’s available as an Add-on to these eligible licenses:

• Microsoft 365 Apps for Business
• Microsoft 365 Business Basic
• Microsoft 365 Business Standard
• Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Customers can also purchase it bundled with certain Business plans:

• Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business
• Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business
• Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business

The worldwide launch was on December 1, 2025, initially with only a 12-month Subscription term commitment, although a 1-month Subscription was added to CSP price lists on March 1, 2026.
