Customer Service Professional

  • Access to Customer Service Hub, an app available to use in a desktop browser or on a mobile device for managing knowledge articles and case management

Customer Service Enterprise

  • Everything in Customer Service Professional, as above. Microsoft announced in October 2024 that from February 2025 new customers with Customer Service Enterprise licenses would not see the Customer Service Hub app, only the newer Customer Service workspace app. In March 2025 they announced a rebranding of this app (along with Contact Center workspace) to Copilot Service workspace
  • Access to Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, an AI assistant that helps agents automate time-consuming tasks to handle cases efficiently and resolve issues faster
  • 2,000 Customer Voice responses per user per month, for capturing and analyzing customer feedback (note this was changed in the August 2024 Licensing Guide from per tenant to per user)
  • Access to Customer Service Insights, giving agents and customer service managers (for example) insights into customer satisfaction-boosting analytics. Note that this was once a standalone license
  • Install and use Unified Service Desk, enabling organizations to quickly build applications for call centers so that agents can get a unified view of customer data

Customer Service Premium

  • Everything in Customer Service Enterprise, as above
  • Contact Center with both Digital and Voice capabilities
