Windows 365 for Agents

Microsoft announced the public preview (in the US) of Windows 365 for Agents on May 1, 2026. This new capability provides Cloud PCs to enable Agents to (where required) operate inside their own desktops.

From a cost perspective you can opt for On-Demand Cloud PCs which are charged on a PAYG basis at $0.40 per hour of usage, or Always Available ones for which there’s a $5 per month charge + the PAYG usage. There’s useful pricing information here.
