Servicing Channels

The Windows 11 Servicing Channels control how often feature updates are available for Windows 11 Enterprise E3/E5, and there are two different Servicing Channels available.

In the General Availability Channel feature updates are released annually. This channel has replaced the Semi-Annual Channel which made feature updates twice a year for Windows 10.

The Windows Insider Program for Business Channel is another option for businesses running Windows 11 Enterprise E3 or E5. Enrolling devices into the Windows Insider Program for Business Channel provides the IT department with pre-release Windows builds so that they can test features before they become available in the General Availability Channel.
