Included entitlements for other apps

Overview

When an organization is licensed for Dynamics 365 Project Operations, they automatically become entitled for other capabilities. If this proves insufficient, they may purchase additional capacity. Find the capacities below documented in the Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide by searching for “Finance, Project Operations”.

Electronic Invoicing

A Dynamics 365 Project Operations license includes the following default capacity per tenant per month:

• 100 Electronic Invoice transactions
• 100 Invoice Capture transactions

Further capacity is added via the Electronic Invoicing Add-on license which adds a further 1,000 Electronic Invoice transactions per tenant per month and 1,000 Invoice Capture transactions per tenant per month. The transaction capacity resets each month, and customers must purchase for peak monthly capacity. Note that this license doesn’t appear in the Product Terms, but you can find it on a price list or in the Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide by searching for “If you need additional transactions”.
