GA of Windows 365 for Agents

Microsoft announce the general availability of Windows 365 for Agents.

This new capability provides Cloud PCs to enable Agents to (where required) operate inside their own desktops. From a cost perspective you can opt for On-Demand Cloud PCs which are charged on a PAYG basis at $0.40 per hour of usage, or Always Available ones for which there’s a $5 per month charge + the PAYG usage.

Agent 365 FAQs

Microsoft’s Agent 365 FAQs are updated again, to coincide with the launch on 1 May, 2026.

As far as changes go, a couple of smaller questions are deleted, along with all references to “OBO agents”, and there are 3 new questions about Windows 365 for Agents added.
