Copilot Credits Guide – October 2026

Microsoft have updated the Copilot Credits Guide four times for October 2026.

The main changes include whole new sections covering Copilot Code for App building, Contact Center Intelligence for AI customer service, Copilot in SharePoint for interacting with content using natural language, and Teams Phone Agent, an AI-powered receptionist.

Microsoft have updated their Copilot FAQs.

The October changes to the website include a renaming of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat to Microsoft Copilot Chat, along with the addition of the brand-new Microsoft 365 A7 to the list of eligible licences.

The main changes this month include the renaming of “Microsoft 365 Copilot” to simply “Microsoft Copilot”, the (somewhat overdue) removal of Delve, and the addition of two Defender Experts Add-ons for GCC customers.
