Power Platform Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (April 2022) Power Platform Licensing Guide. The main addition is a new table on page 24 showing how AI Builder credits are consumed by the different capabilities. There’s also confirmation added on page 20 that although Power Virtual Agents chat sessions are unlimited per tenant per month, a limit of 10 sessions per user per 24 hours across all bots in a tenant is enforced.

There’s an updated (December 2021) Power Platform Licensing Guide which includes two changes. Firstly, Power Apps users now have the ability to create, read, update and delete Dynamics 365 Field Service work orders (see page 5). Secondly, the Power Apps per App and per User licences now include 250 and 500 AI Builder service credits respectively (see pages 4 and 5).

Note also that these allocations have been substantially increased to be at levels that are significantly higher than typical usage for most customers.

The update is mainly a few clarifications/additions around security roles and default capacities, and “Call Intelligence” is rebranded to “Conversation Intelligence”. Power Platform Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (June 2021) Power Platform Licensing Guide.

There are just two minor updates, the first being that the availability of the Power Apps Portals login Tier 3 Add-on is no longer just restricted to CSP, and secondly, Process Advisor is added.

There’s an updated (February 2021) Microsoft Open programs overview document.

Just four pages long, it’s a summary of all of the key points of the Open License, Open Value and Open Value Subscription programs, and is updated for the discontinuation of the Open License program in December 2021, and the availability of Open Value offers for education and nonprofit customers in July 2021.
