Note also that these allocations have been substantially increased to be at levels that are significantly higher than typical usage for most customers.

Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (June 2021) Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide. The update is mainly a few clarifications/additions around security roles and default capacities, and “Call Intelligence” is rebranded to “Conversation Intelligence”. Power Platform Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (June 2021) Power Platform Licensing Guide.

There are just two minor updates, the first being that the availability of the Power Apps Portals login Tier 3 Add-on is no longer just restricted to CSP, and secondly, Process Advisor is added.

Microsoft Open programs overview

There’s an updated (February 2021) Microsoft Open programs overview document.

Just four pages long, it’s a summary of all of the key points of the Open License, Open Value and Open Value Subscription programs, and is updated for the discontinuation of the Open License program in December 2021, and the availability of Open Value offers for education and nonprofit customers in July 2021.

Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (February 2021) Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide.

There are a couple of products removed (Customer Service Insights and the Virtual Agent for Customer Service) since they’re not available as standalone products any more, a name change (IoT Intelligence becomes Sensor Data Intelligence Add-in) and a couple of corrections.

Power Apps Licensing Guide

There’s an updated (February 2020) Power Apps Licensing Guide. There are changes for the renaming of Talent to Human Resources, and Retail to Commerce, and a correction made for the Power Apps per app default capacity where the File capacity should be 20 GB (not 2 GB), and the Log capacity should be 2 GB (not 200 MB).
