Updated Dragon Copilot Licensing Guide

There’s an updated Dragon Copilot Licensing Guide which reflects the demise of the Dragon Copilot Physician Practice license (see our blog: https://bit.ly/4fsXU9b) and the introduction of a new AI-Assisted Session model.

This replaces the variable consumption structure as you use GenAI features when you’re licensed with a Dragon Copilot Physician Flex license, making for a simpler and more predictable charging model.

Dragon Copilot changes

Microsoft announce two changes for Dragon Copilot. Firstly, the brand new (February 2026) Dragon Copilot Physician Practice licence will be End of Sale from 1 May, 2026; check out our blog if you blinked and missed that licence: https://bit.ly/48bhCl. Secondly, from 1 May, 2026 there’s a price reduction for the regular Dragon Copilot User SL.
