Just four pages long, it’s a summary of all of the key points of the Open License, Open Value and Open Value Subscription programs, and is updated for the discontinuation of the Open License program in December 2021, and the availability of Open Value offers for education and nonprofit customers in July 2021.

There’s a new (May 2016) Enrolment for Education Solutions Volume Licensing Guide. However, don’t be misled by the title – it’s not just the EES signed under CASA that’s covered, but also the Open Value Subscription – Education Solutions (OVS-ES) agreement.
It’s a comprehensive 27 pages of education licensing loveliness and has useful sections (among others) on Platform Online Services, the Student Use Benefit, the Server Platform option, and the Student option.

Wording added to the June 2014 Product List confirms that organisations with certain Office 365 subscriptions under an OVS agreement may continue to use copies of Office Standard/Professional Plus which were licensed through their OVS for up to 180 days after the agreement has expired.
