Copilot Credits Capacity Pack

A Copilot Credits Capacity Pack (called a Microsoft Copilot Studio license in the Product Terms) is a way of having access to 25,000 Copilot Credits a month. It’s a 1-year license and, if you pay upfront, works out at $200 per month, costing you $200 /25,000 = $0.008 per Copilot Credit.

When you purchase a Copilot Credits Capacity Pack you assign as many of the Copilot Credits as you want to an environment. For example, of your 25,000 Copilot Credits you might assign 15,000 Copilot Credits to your Production environment and 5,000 Copilot Credits to your Dev/Test environment. You can then decide at an environment level what you want to happen when the Copilot Credits are exhausted: you can either have the environment draw down from any available capacity in the tenant (in our example we’ve got 5,000 Copilot Credits that haven’t been allocated and would be available in this scenario) or, if you’ve got Pay-As-You-Go billing enabled, you can have overage billed on a consumption basis to your nominated Azure Subscription.
