SUSE Linux Software Plan
An Azure virtual machine running SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) may be purchased as an all-inclusive virtual machine or, as with a Windows Server virtual machine, the components may be paid for separately if a customer is willing to make a duration-based commitment. The compute part of the virtual machine is paid for via a Reserved Instance in the usual way, while a Software Plan allows a customer to prepay for SUSE software usage and get the best rates.
