Licensing School Summer Camp
One of the least taught areas of Microsoft licensing is that of the security solutions (Defender, Entra, Purview, and Security Copilot). That's why we're tackling them in the Licensing School Summer Camp. If you're a Microsoft licensing specialist, then this is the easy way to get up to speed with these complex topics. Our Middle and High School subscribers have Summer Camp included in their subscriptions and can sign up as usual here: https://bit.ly/455dLoN. If you're not a subscriber, you can still join us - it's just £250 for the four sessions across 18-21 August, 2025. Take a look at…

Microsoft Purview licensing fundamentals exam
Get Licensing Ready was a really popular resource for nearly 20 years! All the exams were retired at the end of December 2024 but never fear, we're continuing its legacy, and we've got a whole range of free licensing exams covering all sorts of aspects of Microsoft licensing. The latest is the fundamentals of Microsoft Purview licensing, and you can find it on our exams page and give it a go here: https://bit.ly/4jj5hic.
Microsoft Purview licensing training
This is how Microsoft explain the licensing of Purview in the Learn documentation: "Some Microsoft Purview solutions are billed on the per-user licensing model. Some require the per-user licensing model to be enabled before the pay-as-you-go billing model can be used, and some are pay-as-you-go only and don't require a per-user license." Where do you start with that?! Little wonder, then, that our subscribers voted for Purview licensing to be our topic of the month for June. If you want to join us on the fast track to learning complicated licensing topics, then email info@licensingschool.co.uk to set up a chat to see…
