There are chapters on each product including the operating systems, the server and client applications, and the developer tools, with comprehensive information on all the different licensing models and how to license a wide variety of on-premises scenarios. Note that products that are no longer the current version (Windows Server 2019, for example) have been removed from the latest versions of the books and you need to refer to the Microsoft Licensing Body of Knowledge 2021 book for information on licensing older versions of a product.
