The October 2025 Copilot Studio Licensing Guide has been reissued with a few interesting and useful changes. Version two adds details of the newly announced Copilot Credit Pre-Purchase Plan. Supplementing this are explanations of Copilot Credit Commit Units (CCCUs), and how they compare with the other options to purchase Copilot Credits. Normally residing in the Power Platform Licensing Guide, you can now find handy tables outlining Dataverse capacity Add-ons and meters in this guide too. As well as the additions, a couple of notable sections have been removed. The text about Dynamics 365 Agents in Paid Public Preview no longer appears and the information about Agent Flow Actions has gone too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
