Here\u2019s the summary and key dates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planning Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 February 2020: cloud services offerings will be retired<\/li><li>1 January 2022: last day to redeem Planning Services vouchers for all\nofferings<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Training Vouchers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 February 2020: Azure training courses will be retired<\/li><li>1 January 2022: last day to redeem Training Vouchers for all courses<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>24 x 7 Problem\nResolution Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 February 2021: incident-based support will be replaced with as-needed\nsupport and credit towards Unified Support<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And the reason for these changes?
