All Windows images are charged for a minimum of 10 minutes and after that are charged by the minute, rounded up to the nearest minute: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1Pve4Ke\"><u>http:\/\/bit.ly\/1Pve4Ke<\/u><\/a>.
