Organizations that don\u2019t have complex sales processes and just need essential Sales Force Automation features license users with a <strong>Sales Professional<\/strong> license. When a more sophisticated solution is required, users can be licensed with a choice of three further licenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Sales Enterprise<\/strong> license is assigned to users within an organization with more complex sales processes. It\u2019s also available as a device license, with no difference in the features that users have access to. A <strong>Sales Premium<\/strong> user license includes all the capabilities in Sales Enterprise and a set of features called Sales Insights which aims to deliver AI-powered insights into the sales data.
